Amphibians and Fishes

Amphibians and fishes are both aquatic animal types, they share many similarities with each other but also have drastic differences between one another.

Amphibians

Amphibians originate from the greek word amphibios, which means "to live a double life". This reflects on how amphibians live on both land and water, most of them requiring both to survive.

Fishes

Fishes are known for their relation to water, fishes needs to spend pretty much their entire life in water to survive. however, a few exceptions such as the Walking Catfish and the Lungfish can survive outside of water for hours.
